Prancercise® Holiday advice it’s both naughty and nice!

joanna santa
Happy Holidays to my fans and foes, hope my Xmas video makes your smile glow (see it below)!
Prancercise® has caught the eye, of so many that are not a bit shy. But here’s the deal they are clueless to what’s real. Their critique and explanations may be a bit funny, but that’s where it ends as far as knowing about Prancercise® they could never make amends…Jon Tron and JP Sears don’t have a care what shape you are or get in, as long as they produce a grin. But my program really works it’s true here’s but a couple of HONEST reviews… you choose!

“Prancercise is a fabulous way of combining walking and calf exercises. With its natural up and down motion (like a horse) together with the forward movement of walking, I now have a way of doing calf exercises TOGETHER with walking! WOW! It actually works! It really does relieve the PAIN!… FANTASTIC! These exercises improve blood flow, thereby delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the affected areas while removing dangerous toxins. That is essential!” Otto K. Calgary, Canada.

“It’s a great thing you have invented and I believe that it makes more people happy than ever a thing before…
would like to thank you cause you really make the world a better place!”
Stefan G., Zurich, Switzerland.

Dear Ms Joanna
“Thank you for introducing me to prancercise! I am just getting back to light exercise after a 4 month absence following major emergency abdominal surgery and this is a really fun, enjoyable way to get moving again.

I like it! I hope you haven’t been too disheartened by some people’s attitude towards your method.”

Very best regards
Jennifer W., U.K.

Mrs. Rohrback,

“I recently became familiar with your exercise routine through the news. I find your approach to wellness very inspiring. The way you integrate mental wellness practices with your physical exercise is enlightening. I was very pleased to see pictures of Gandhi and Isadora Duncan featured on your “Book” page. Your holisitic wellness teachings are essential to improving the dearth of social wellness through creating a healthier individual. Thank you!”

Sincerely,
Jonathan M.
“Hello Joanna,
I am emailing you to tell you how great prancercise is. I think that you are one of the coolest people ever to come up with this idea. I think that you’re prancercise videos are outstanding and you have pushed yourself so hard to make your dream come true. And it paid off! Ican’t wait to see new prancercise moves in the future!”
Your loyal fan

Anna R.

“Hi, I just saw your videos and i also looked at the jokes. I decided to try imitating your moves as correctly as possible. I have to say it’s actually a great work out to keep a slim line. Its a cardio workout that does not break down the body over time, its a healthy workout and its easy for anyone to manage it. Its fantastic that one doesn’t have to be a dancer to manage the moves.( Its not rough as jogging and its more efficient than walking.)

I am personally interested in healthy lifestyle and workouts. I was a dancer for many years. Lately I’ve been working on a high tech workout machine that deals with the whole body in one movement. I’ve also started on a blog as an “archive.”

I read on your website, you are correct about diet/healthy food. I’m impressed about your knowledge. Why don’t you make a short youtube video about what you’ve published about healthy diet?

I just wanted to show you my support😊
You are a tough lady- dealing with both good and bad people 😉 keep up the great work👍 And about cameltoes, all woman has one, I actually bought pants that isn’t hiding it but gives a great butt, (i decided to not care after i saw the videos where both guys and girls making fun of it) It’s natural, we are women. I think mostly people don’t care here in Norway if it shows or not😀”

Have a great day

Sincerely,

Connie H., Norway

These are but a few of the great reviews I receive, so be careful what you choose to believe!

Lean is queen, thin is in, thinner: is a longevity winner!

Weight is definitely linked to greater probability of disease and a shorter life span when media spin and error –ridden studies are put aside

thin woman

More specifically it’s been found that 1 in 5 cases of cancer can be prevented by making healthy lifestyle changes. Not only prevent cancer and a host of diseases but also can substantially reduce the cancer mortality rates. More specifically 10 to 45% reduction in cancer incidence and 19 to 60 % reduction in mortality.

Dr. Linsey Kohler and her colleagues at the University of Arizonia studied low to high guidance to dietary, exercise and lifestyle guideline changes. They found that the stricter adherence to the guidelines the greater the results. This study was supported by a grant from National Cancer institute Cancer Center.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3657242/One-FIVE-cases-cancer-prevented-eating-healthy-exercise-booze-losing-weight.html

In skewed studies inundated with errors they found slightly overweight adults on average had a longevity advantage. What they left out was that their sample included a large # of thin people who had health issues related to smoking and health issues prompting their weight loss. Of course the media loved the skewed information and ran with it creating misconception like the study did.

The findings gathered by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) epidemiologist Katharine Flegal a senior scientist at the CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics was published
in January of 2013, when the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) published a meta-analysis of 100 studies that probed the relationship between body mass index and mortality —

However in Ms.Flegal’s flawed studies the selection criteria that Flegal used for her meta-analysis ruled out high-quality studies of 6 million people (more than twice as many as were represented in her analysis), Frank Hu, HSPH(Harvard School of Public Health) professor of nutrition and epidemiology and HMS professor of medicine, was part of a panel of experts put together to review Flegal’s questionable findings. “When something sounds too good to be true, it’s usually not true,” said Frank Hu.

“These studies, in aggregate, show that the highest survival rates are in normal weight people, not the overweight”, Hu said.
The studies that Flegal did use included many samples of people who were chronically ill, current smokers and elderly, according to Hu. These factors are associated with weight loss and increased mortality.

A BMI [body mass index] in the range of 20 to 23 may be optimal for reducing premature mortality in adulthood,” said lead researcher Dagfinn Aune, from the department of epidemiology and biostatistics at the School of Public Health at Imperial College London, in England.

BMI can be determined by taking your ht. in inches and multiplying it by itself…Then taking your weight in lbs. and dividing it by the total of your Ht.xHt. Finally take that figure and multiply it by 703 and you will find your BMI. The ranges being 18.5-24.99 normal range, 25-29.99 overweight, and 30 and up obese.http://www.newsmax.com/Health/Health-News/lean-trim-live-longer/2016/05/06/id/727549/

In an alarming study “between 45 percent and 61 percent of top male CEOs are overweight (BMI between 25 and 29)” but “only 5 percent – 22 percent of top female CEOs were overweight.” Stated the researchers, “This reflects a greater tolerance and possibly even a preference for a larger size among men but a smaller size among women.”
“A woman’s weight could have a significant impact on her earnings with “heavy” and “very heavy” women earning between $9,000 and $19,000 less than their “average” weight counterparts research has found.”

Although standards of beauty can evolve over time it is hard-pressed for the media to convince us that fat is as appealing as thin.
Thin will always be in, for simple reasons.
Thin people are rarer and that is one component to desirability. They are more likely to excel in athletics…
As we’ve evolved we no longer are looked at as reproductive vehicles or having access to more food. Our anscestors may have seemed desirable if heavier, for that reason.
http://www.livescience.com/7560-thin.html

But over the last years, researchers have looked carefully at these so-called age related problems and come to the conclusion:
As much as 75% of chronic diseases are lifestyle related. You needn’t fail and be hunched backed with muscle atrophy as you age. Many gerentologists believe that you can maintain the body that you have in your 40’s into your 90’s if you work at it.

Yes it’s true as we age maintaining a favorable weight is harder but once you find the right formula like I have with Prancercise®,  hold tight to it… for your life and quality of it certainly depends on it!

The Scoop on Body Images: Molly Galbraith, Ashley Graham & Cheryl Tiegs

With everyone being so damn sensitive these days, I’m afraid this isn’t going to stop. It’s as if we’ve just given up. “Hey, I’m overweight and unhealthy, but so are a lot of other people so, you know, oh well.”
The media certainly has contributed to this self-acceptance of your less than best self image as seen in a number of ways..
Look at the dolls they’ve reconstructed like Barbie and Ken dolls they now are including heavy overweight balding Ken dolls and hefty Barbies. I ask you when growing up if you wanted a doll, would go out and purchase one in your own image? I wouldn’t have, I could of just looked in the mirror for that matter! In my opinion dolls should be look more glamorous so that you have an image to aspire to and fantasize about…

Molly Galbraith who became popular for her tribute to self-acceptance, apparently flaunting a heavy looking pose of herself in a bathing suit, did nothing to convince me she wouldn’t of preferred a lighter weight if she wouldn’t have to give up ice cream and the like as she suggested…I don’t desire ice cream and the like, not only because it’s a lot of unhealthy calories, but of course it sabotages the ability to keep our ideal weight.

There’s Ashley Graham recently on the cover of Sports Illustrated she stated:

“ I thought Sports Illustrated was taking a risk by putting a girl my size in the pages,” Graham said. “But putting me on the cover? They aren’t just breaking barriers; they are the standard now. This is beyond epic.” I really find that stretching the imagination Ashley, this will never be my standard and I doubt and hope it will never be the standard for the majority of us out there.
“I want to dedicate it to all of the women out there who never felt that they were beautiful enough, who never felt like they were skinny enough, and who never felt like they were going to be able to be represented in society like this,” Graham said. “Because now we’re being represented.”with that little insight she amusingly continues “I’m gonna go eat a burger,” Graham said. “I am so hungry. You have no idea. I want a burger and fries.”
Like I said, I will never take her body for a standard and certainly not her diet! What a warped message she dictates in my opinion, that I can only see burger havens like McDonald’s and it’s customers applauding!

I suspect Cheryl Tiegs the renown classic model aligns with my thinking as well, here she criticized Ashley in a yahoo article which also includes a cover picture of Cheryl on Sports Illustrated years back.

Accepting your less than ideal weight and health, which usually goes along with it, is nothing more than a cop out, in my opinion. I’m not talking about plastic surgery another cope out too often, unless absolutely necessary…I’m talking about people that may not be lazy in the sense of being super parents and providers and workaholics but that put their true image and health on the back burner. Some people just hate to exercise and or change their eating habits in the belief it would be a sacrifice to their familiar and maybe comfortable known existence. However like any bad habit it can slowing make us slaves to a less than happy self-image and declining health. The longer a person accepts the lifestyle that lends itself to a tarnished existence the harder it is to change for the better.
The mistake most people make is to just embrace weight loss alone reaching for supplements, pills and less than perfect fad diets that can actually add to imbalances in the body eventually causing additional concerns.
Exercise should be daily in my opinion, and not an exhaustive workout that a person will burn out on, too soon. This way it becomes as important as washing your teeth or making your bed or feeding your pet each day, a necessity that’s doable. Food consumption, closest to what’s natural and unprocessed and not overly stimulating, is usually best. If you eat first for nutrition , secondly for satiation, and finally for pleasure ,you will inevitably change your destiny to achieve a more ideal state of health, body image, and subsequent happiness.
As always I can sincerely recommend my Prancercise® Program when I follow it religiously it hasn’t failed me yet!

On Limbaugh, Trump and Prancercise: The World according to Alexandra Petri :

Alexandra Petri, the daughter of former Republican Congressman Thomas Petri, has managed to maintain a platform of mockery at the Washington Post, regardless of facts or fiction.

In the following 2012 piece she targeted Rush Limbaugh who blasted her for her unfounded and less than polite criticism of him and his show:

rush

http://dailycaller.com/2012/03/08/rush-limbaugh-rips-wapos-alexandra-petri-and-her-b-i-itchy-opinion/

Here she more recently directed her assaults at Donald Trump( like he doesn’t garner enough of that)http://www.standard.net/National-Commentary/2015/12/19/DonaldTrump-Muslims-politics-column-Petri

Donald-Trump2

So now long after the stark criticism I received in the following piece she delivered of me in 2013 I’m less than surprised and possibly flattered to be held in the same spotlight as these other notorious names.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/compost/wp/2013/09/25/horse_ebooks-prancercise-and-the-problem-with-ironic-entertainment/

I must say I find it quite amusing and intriguing why a so-called- journalist focuses her time on sheer mockery of others..Alexandra Petri who writes a blog ComPost for the Washington Post has carved out a career I suppose, being a sensationalist in what she considers comedy. Of course if one was to carve out a career finding what’s pathetic about her humor they would probably be as successful!

First of all she apparently only focuses on the highest profile celebrities and makes certain she includes enough tag names in each article to get highlighted in the search engines, whether or not they’re even slightly relevant to the piece she’s composing. Then she embellishes her composition with apparent lies which I can only assume she figures people will overlook or not bother confronting her with… Finally, in a piece she critiqued me in she included all the high profile You Tube names at that time, like like,   Tommy Wiseau;    Antoine Dodson;     Sweet Brown ;     Richard Simmons ;    Prancercise®and the term hipsterdom to apparently get enough tagging! I’m only surprised that Miley Cyrus wasn’t given comparable honors! Well after mocking each one in varying degrees (she should only be so fortunate to have any of their limelight), she continued to focus on the assumption that she wasn’t sure if the Prancercise®Lady was unaware of how comic she may of been in presenting her class as it  appeared to the likes of a Ms. Petri.

Petri surely new what she was getting into when she signed up for it and spent her” hard-earned money” for it… ?  , Ms. Petri was there for one purpose alone, in my opinion, to get fodder for what she intended to be a piece that she finds humorous, whether it’s delusional and packed with fiction or not!

In this class I held that Ms. Petri attended, not only did the majority if not all including Petri at the time express that they had a good time and good workout which was apparent, but how inspirational Ms. Rohrback was…Maybe Petri coveted the truth as a part of her undercover work or maybe because her standards are that low and she feels that most people are lazy and not so inclined to investigate any further….

What I did observe of Ms. Petri was she appeared like an  Elephant in the room, awkwardly trying to lift a heavy body and mind off the ground! Oh well, I suppose that goes right along with my assumption, that wasn’t her intention anyway!

The Dark Side of Technology: (Electromagnetic Sensitivity)

Electric

Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity: a rising condition of the 21st century is becoming much more prevalent as people rely on, and expose themselves to, an endless barrage of digital and electric radiation. According to known cases only, it is believed between 2-5% of the whole world’s population has this condition.

http://electromagnetichealth.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/EHS-Presentation-Steve-Weller.pdf

AKA as Microwave Sickness it’s a condition that raises eyebrows and is vaguely understood so therefore ineffectively treated. People are mainly left to their own devices to deal with what they know is real. Some professionals suspect a psychosomatic variable to the condition, I can assure you from personal experience this is not the case. Symptoms vary, but can include, sleep disturbance, headaches, irritability, concentration problems, blood pressure changes, numbness and or tingling sensations. Burning type sensations can be relieved with ice applications, heartbeat changes have been reported as well as visual and hearing impairments.

far-infaredI realized my own allergy, if you will, to this radiation when I went to a pristine area of Colorado for 4 days the fall of 2014 when doing “Whatever USA” for Budweiser. For 4 days the symptoms I had for about 6mos. were entirely gone!

Just as soon as I returned and went on the internet at home they came back full-force. I looked around for a reason and noticed the over-sized modem that my cable company had installed for me was scalding hot and close to my legs that were wrapped in metal filled ankle weights. I started a quest to try and deal with the symptoms from all angles. I got rid of my homes Smart Meter, got rid of the modem, turned of circuit breakers, had a building Biologist test my environment with meters. After she spent hours testing she pointed out a number of issues that were contributing to my condition. She focused on a number of main powerlines close to my house, a transformer practically on my property and various things that could of contributed like possible underground cable lines and such. Even after moving to a more rural neighborhood where my own meters seemed to indicate little hazard the symptoms show up periodically depending on where I go. Outside my home I don’t experience any symptoms unless I go in a building that has a lot of various interacting signals and charges. I can sit in one Wi Fi café for example and feel vague symptoms go to another one and feel them strongly.

I initially used a far-infared mattress and had a special curtain made for the patio where I use to sleep in my old home. The curtain contained special threading of silver which was a protective type of blocking aid. I’ve changed my lightbulbs from fluorescent to LED, use Himalayan salt candle holders with candles lit at night(they generate negative ions and a healthier environment). I also brush my skin a little with a natural bristle brush. I even got a couple of power purifying devices from Satic USA that have helped somewhat and are designed to help keep the electric bills down.

From what I’m told and suspect the older buildings with questionable grounding and electrical wiring and plumbing are more suspect. I also notice that colder dryer weather reduces my symptoms.

Anyway I’m a very positive person who has been able to adjust my life to all sorts of adversity, this being no different. I use little electricity, wear no jewelry or metal and spend as much time as I can away from conducive situations.

My symptoms were much worse prior to my move including migraines. Currently if the symptoms present they are usually in my mouth/lip area and in my legs. I have metal fillings in my teeth and suspect they are a contributing factor. Basically from what I’ve read and suspect I’m like a conductor.

There’s always the option of moving to a pristine area like the Green Bank W. Virginia where people with this allergy flock. I have no such immediate plans I’d rather change myself If I can, then run hither tither. My strict routine of diet and exercise certainly fortifies me in this respect.

Programs like” Better Call Saul” have brought this growing condition more into view is not totally accepted. Chuck McGill the brother of the main character Saul, depicts an attorney that lives a very restrictive lifestyle to cope with his symptoms. Only other people that have and have researched this condition can appreciate the less than humorous side of it. For example take the 15 year old teenager who recently committed suicide as a result of her experience with it.

https://www.yahoo.com/parenting/teen-allergic-to-wifi-commits-suicide-parents-say-223912154.html

What a tragedy! Her parents appear to have a legitimate court case due to her school’s neglect to recognize and assist her with her situation, which likely contributed to her demise. There is some studies that substantiate the suicide connection to this condition.

I adamantly avoid any tendency to depression through my Prancercise Program which my numerous fans also attest to being able to do. I’ve never desired to override my health for the sake of materialism. I have always allowed myself the necessary “time-out” to regain my health and balance whenever necessary.

Don’t compromise when you can Prancercise®!
